In light of the fast-changing situation with the CoVID-19 pandemic spread across the UK, we have decided that it will be safer for everyone if Martley Hall Stud arena closes its doors temporarily until the end of June 2020. This will include our outdoor arena too. If by any chance the government decides that as a nation, we can relax the social distancing protocol prior to then we may re-think our strategy.
We will use this unexpected temporary closure to put together a new summer schedule and hope that you will be able to join us again in July 2020*. Please keep an eye on our Website and Facebook pages for regular updates as the government advice develops and changes.
CLINICS
All clinic sessions are cancelled.
If the clinic is run by an instructor. Please speak to the instructor directly about refunds. Martley Hall Stud is not responsible for these refunds.
Any clinics managed and run by Martley Hall Stud will be refunded. Please email us here to claim your refund.
We will endeavour to reschedule as many of the cancelled clinics as possible in the Summer programme.
PRIVATE HIRE
All private hire sessions are cancelled
If you have pre-paid, we will organise for a refund. Please email us here with your booking details and last 4 digits of the credit card used to make the booking.
Any ‘3 for 2’ deals will be honoured when we re-open. The T&Cs clock will be re-started from the day of re-opening.
COMPETITIONS
ll competitions are cancelled until 16th April 2020
We have a number of British Dressage events scheduled and will follow their guidance at this time. For now, British Dressage has cancelled all events, competitions and clinics up to and including 16th April 2020. This is highly likely to be extended beyond this date but is not confirmed until when.
As the situation changes we will put updates on our Facebook page. Please contact Optimum Event Management who run all the affiliated and unaffiliated dressage competitions at our venue for further clarity.
