Award Winning

Martley Hall Stud offers unrivalled facilities that can be used for a wide variety of different equestrian and non-equestrian disciplines.  Our arena building has been recently refurbished to present a brand-new state of the art equestrian competition centre. Two months after re-opening to the public, Martley Hall was the proud recipient of the British Dressage, Best Small Venue for East Anglia prize.

The award-winning venue has been beautifully presented with outstanding facilities for all riders, spectators and grooms starting with the new washroom toilets, spacious changing areas, showers complete with hair driers and floor to ceiling mirrors, to ensure that best turned out is not just for the horses when competing.

The heated indoor viewing gallery provides seating for up to 100. With the latest in sound technology, spectators can watch and hear with perfect clarity proceedings in the arena below in comfort, warmth and style.

Café & Catering

Just behind the viewing gallery is our café area with seating for a further 40+.  The café offers a variety of light refreshments, and cold and hot drinks, with a self-service automated fresh coffee machine.  During competitions when we know we have particularly busy days; we also offer fresh cakes provided by the local bakery in nearby Framlingham.

The café has a fully kitted out commercial kitchen so can provide full catering service if required, perfect for weekend camp bookings.  Please ask for further details if this is of interest when hiring the facilities.  The café is also available for private hire independent of the riding arena facilities with or without the tables.
